Program Overview:

A Foundation for Restoration and Reintegration

Whole Way House is a Christ-centered discipleship and community reintegration home located in Gilbert, Arizona. We provide a structured, supportive environment for men transitioning from incarceration back into society. Our mission is to walk alongside men as they rebuild their lives, anchored by the Gospel and a commitment to biblical integrity.

The Whole Way Approach

We believe that successful reintegration requires more than just a place to sleep—it requires a transformation of the heart and the practical tools to lead a productive, independent life.

  1. Immediate Practical Support

Upon arrival, we remove the initial barriers to success so our residents can focus on their growth:

  • Essential Needs: Provision of clothing and hygiene products.
  • Documentation: Assistance in securing a driver’s license, Social Security cards, and state IDs.
  • Transportation: Reliable transport to parole meetings, medical appointments, and interviews.

  1. Career & Financial Stability

We empower men to become providers and contributors to their community:

  • Job Readiness: Professional resume building and employment search assistance.
  • Accountability: Residents are expected to secure employment within 30–60 days of arrival.
  • Sustainability: While there is no initial cost to enter, residents transition to paying rent once employed, fostering financial responsibility and independence.

  1. Spiritual Foundations & Discipleship

The heart of our program is spiritual renewal. We don’t just offer a house; we offer a church family:

  • Church Integration: All residents are actively plugged into Redeemer Bible Church in Gilbert, AZ.
  • Biblical Education: Weekly Bible studies, seminary-level courses, and faith-based training.
  • Soul Care: Access to biblical counseling to address past hurts and future hope.

Living Environment & Requirements

Our facility offers a clean, sober, and highly structured environment designed for a maximum of 5-7 men. This small-group setting ensures personalized attention and true brotherhood.

  • Eligibility: We are currently seeking applicants who are within 10 to 14 months of their release date.
  • Assessment: Every potential resident must complete an initial questionnaire for assessment by our leadership team to ensure the program is the right fit for their journey.
